At such a young age, I always felt that it was burdensome to tell people how loud the negative thoughts are in my head.

I want people to see that there are avenues for them to feel themselves and people will want to hear what they want to say.

Sometimes we’re not ready and we’ll bolt out of the room, but what if you stay? What if it works out? What if you find people who get you?

It’s okay to fall. It’s okay to stay down for a while. But you gotta get back up and try again.
